MESSAGE TO VISA ONLINE USERS:
Access to credit card information is now through Peoples 24/7 by clicking on "Credit Card" on the left side of the page while you are logged in. The old Visa Online link is no longer valid, and a separate username and password is no longer required. Users accessing this for the first time will have to input their card number.
If you are not seeing the Visa window appear, you are probably using a pop-up blocker. For help in disabling the blocker for our site, try the following:
Windows XP Internet Explorer's built-in pop-up blocker
Yahoo Toolbar
Google Toolbar
Mozilla Firefox
For Apple Macintosh with Safari browser, click on Safari- Block Pop-up Windows
For McAfee Security Center, go to Privacy Service, click on Options, go to the Block Ads tab, and uncheck both boxes.

What does my computer need in order to use Peoples 24/7?
You must be using Internet Explorer 4.0 (or higher) or Netscape Navigator 4.0 (or higher) as your browser, and it must support 128-bit encryption. If you are using a pop-up blocker, you might need to disable it for our site.
How do I get started?
First, if you haven't already, the main person on the account will need to fill out a short form at one of our locations. We must have the main person's signature to set up access. They'll receive a password and instructions in the mail.
To login just click on the Peoples 24/7 link at the top right of our home page or click here. Save this page in your favorites/bookmarks.
Are the passwords case sensitive?
Yes, they are case sensitive. Make sure your Caps Lock key is not on when logging in.
What are the password requirements?
Passwords must be at least six characters, containing at least one letter and one number. You can use, for example, a word with a number added on to it, but your password cannot be all letters or all numbers.
Why is my account is locked out?
For security reasons, if you enter your password wrong three times, your account will be locked out. It will usually be unlocked the next day.
I forgot my password. What do I need to do?
You can set up a secret question under Preferences while you're logged in, then click on "Forgot your password?" and answer it and some other questions.
We can also send a temporary password to your e-mail address if you have previously entered it in Peoples 24/7. NOTE: If you use Yahoo Mail, you will need to turn SpamGuard OFF.
Otherwise, we require the signature of the main person on the account to reset a password. We cannot reset passwords for a person who is only joint on the account, and we cannot reset passwords over the phone for security reasons.
I'm entering the correct password and still can't get in. What's wrong?
Make sure your Caps Lock key is not on, and that you are putting your member number in correctly. Also, passwords expire every three months. You'll get a message when logging in warning you about this. If you haven't logged in for a while, your password has probably expired, and will need to be reset (see above).
