Nominating Committee Process

Peoples Federal Credit Union is a member owned, not for profit, financial institution established for the financial benefit of its members. The credit union is under the direction of a 7 member, volunteer board of directors, with a certain number of terms expiring every year.

In 2022 there will be one (1) seat expiring that will need to be filled through the Nominating Committee process . If you are a member in good standing and would like to be considered for this position, please send your name, contact information, and a brief biography/resume about yourself to: Richard Daugherty, C/O Peoples FCU, 419 First Avenue South, Nitro, WV 25143. The Nominating Committee will provide you with the criteria to be eligible for Board service. Please provide your biography by November 1st, 2021.

The Federal Government has legal election guidelines the credit union is required to follow and will be done so by the Nominating Committee of the credit union.
